Common Checkout Errors and Fixes
Card declined
Verify that the card name, number, expiry date, and CVV match exactly. Some banks block international transactions by default — call your bank to authorize the charge. Ensure your daily card limit is not exceeded.
3D Secure / SCA verification failed
Complete the SMS or banking-app authentication within the time limit. Disable browser extensions that may block the verification popup, or try a different browser.
Crypto payment not arriving
Make sure you sent on the correct network. Wait for the required blockchain confirmations. Send the transaction hash to support if it hasn't credited within 30 minutes.
Generic "Payment Failed" message
Refresh the page and try again. Try a different browser or an incognito window, a different card or method, and disable any VPN (some processors flag VPN traffic).
