Can I Open a New MILTRADERS Account After a Hard Breach?

After a hard breach, your previous account cannot be reactivated, but you can purchase a new Zero, Pro, or Instant account.

A hard breach (drawdown breach, hedging, bots, copying another trader's trades, gambling behavior, etc.) results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all unrealized profits. The closed account itself cannot be reactivated.

However — you are not banned from MILTRADERS. You can purchase a new account and start fresh.

What is allowed

Purchase a new Zero, Pro, or Instant account at any time, in any size you want.

Use the same email address, name, and identity. There is no cooldown for honest mistakes.

Apply available coupon codes on your new purchase.

What is NOT allowed

Creating a new account under a different name, email, or identity to circumvent the closure of a previous account.

Repeating the same prohibited behavior on the new account (hedging, bots, copying another trader's trades, etc.). A pattern of repeat hard breaches across multiple purchases will result in a permanent ban from MILTRADERS, with all funds forfeited.

What you cannot recover

Profits in the closed account at the time of the breach are permanently forfeited and cannot be transferred to a new account.

The fee paid for the closed Zero or Pro is non-refundable. The new purchase is a separate, independent transaction.

Progress made in the closed evaluation (profit days, profit target progress) is not transferred to the new account.

Our recommendation

Before re-purchasing, take time to review the rule that caused the breach (see "What Is the Difference Between a Soft Breach and a Hard Breach?" and "What Is Considered Gambling Behavior?"). Adjust your strategy and risk management before starting a new account. The same trading habits that caused one breach will likely cause another.
