DeepChart is an advanced order flow platform developed by Volumetrica. Unlike ATAS or Quantower, it connects through the dxFeed portal — not a third-party connector — and your license is fully included with your MILTRADERS account.
Before you start
Have your MILTRADERS trading account credentials ready — they're on your Dashboard under your account details, with a copy sent to your email. You'll also find your DeepChart access link there: just copy it to open the dxFeed portal.
You must sign the dxFeed agreements (including the Non-Professional Agreement) before receiving real-time data or trading on DeepChart. This is done once, directly in the dxFeed portal.
Connection steps
Copy the DeepChart link from your Dashboard (next to your account credentials) and log in to the dxFeed portal with your MILTRADERS trading credentials. The password is case-sensitive.
Select DeepChart as your platform.
Sign the agreements when prompted — without this step, no real-time data and no trading.
Web version: you're ready — DeepChart Web runs directly in your browser. Desktop version: go to the Download Platform section, then download and install the setup.
Desktop only — in the Startup Wizard, select your exchanges (CME, COMEX, NYMEX), then choose dxFeed as Feed source and Propfirm as server, and enter your MILTRADERS credentials.
In the platform dashboard, click Select a connection and choose your MILTRADERS data feed. A green dot confirms you're connected and ready to trade.
Your account rules (drawdown, consistency, daily loss limit) apply identically whether you trade from DeepChart or Volumetrica — no action is needed on our side to "activate" DeepChart.
Troubleshooting
"Invalid credentials": make sure you're using your MILTRADERS trading credentials from the Dashboard, not your website login.
Connected but no quotes: check that you've signed all dxFeed agreements and selected your MILTRADERS data feed in the connection settings.
