Many traders operate through a structure (LLC, SASU, SAS, sole proprietorship…). Here is how it works at MILTRADERS.
1. Your MILTRADERS account is always personal
Registration and identity verification (KYC) are done in the name of a natural person — you. There is nothing special to do at sign-up, even if you operate through a company: the trading account cannot be opened in the name of an entity.
2. Payouts are sent to the account of your choice
Payments are processed through Rise. When requesting a withdrawal, you provide the destination account — personal or your company's, by bank transfer or in crypto (USDC). You decide where the money goes; there is no special configuration needed on MILTRADERS' side.
3. A purchase invoice in your company's name
Your payment receipt is sent automatically after purchase — it is the official record of your transaction. If you would like an invoice in your company's name (legal name, address, VAT number), you can request it via the Messenger with your order ID and the company details. This invoicing is provided as a courtesy: MILTRADERS makes no contractual commitment to it and reserves the right to decline or limit such requests. The automatic receipt remains your proof of purchase in all cases.
In short: a natural person to trade, free choice of destination for your payouts, company invoice on request. For tax questions (where to declare, how to structure), consult an accountant — MILTRADERS does not provide tax advice.
