There is a single condition: the payout button stays greyed out until your account balance reaches the unlock threshold ($2,100 / $3,100 / $4,600 depending on account size). No penalty applies before that threshold — a payout request is simply not possible.
Once the threshold is reached, your floor is locked and you can withdraw:
every day, everything above your locked floor
with a $500 minimum per payout and a 90/10 profit split
There is no payout cap, no buffer to rebuild, no profit rule, no consistency rule and no winning-day cycle. You are not withdrawing the firm's money: you are withdrawing your own.
