Minari's MCP connector lets you securely connect your Minari workspace to your AI assistant. It's built on the standard Model Context Protocol (MCP), so it works with Claude, ChatGPT, Le Chat (Mistral) and Grok, and with any other AI assistant or tool that supports remote MCP servers. Once connected, you can ask your assistant to explore your calls, transcripts, analytics, team performance, and contact lists directly from the chat.
Before you start
Your workspace admin must enable the MCP connection in Minari first (Settings → MCP). If you don't see the option to connect, ask your admin to turn it on.
You'll need an account with your assistant that supports custom connectors:
Claude: a Claude account that supports custom connectors.
ChatGPT: a Business or Enterprise/Edu plan. Your ChatGPT admin may need to allow custom connectors.
Le Chat: on Team or Enterprise plans, your admin may need to add the connector for your organisation.
Grok: a paid Grok plan.
Other assistants: the assistant must support adding a remote MCP server by URL, with OAuth sign-in.
Minari MCP server URL
Every assistant uses the same server URL. You can also copy it from Settings → MCP in Minari.

Other assistants
Any assistant or tool that supports remote MCP servers can connect the same way:

Paste the Minari MCP server URL. If asked for an authentication method, choose OAuth. No API key or client ID is needed.
Connect.
Finish in Minari
Your assistant will redirect you to Minari. Sign in to your Minari account.
Review the permissions. Click Connect.
Once authorized, Minari will appear as a connected tool in your assistant.
What your assistant can access
Area | What your assistant can do |
Calls | List calls, view details, read transcripts |
Analytics | Overview, objections, per-user performance, list stats |
Lists | View lists and contacts; create lists; add/remove contacts; delete lists* |
Custom fields | View, create, and delete custom contact fields |
Team | View team members |
*Editing and deleting apply only to lists created in Minari (CSV imports), not CRM-synced lists.
What you can do
Once connected, you can ask your assistant to do two kinds of things.
Explore your data (read-only)
"Summarize my calls from last week."
"What objections came up most often this month?"
"Show me the transcript of my last call with Acme."
"How is my team performing — who made the most calls?"
"What's in my 'Q3 Prospects' list?"
Manage your contact lists (CSV only)
"Create a list called 'July Leads' with these 20 contacts."
"Add these 5 new contacts to my 'Q3 Prospects' list."
"Remove these contacts from the list."
"Delete the 'Old Test' list."
Disconnecting
To revoke access at any time, remove the Minari connector in your assistant:
Claude: Settings → Connectors
ChatGPT: Settings → Apps & Connectors
Le Chat: Context → Connectors
Grok: grok.com/connectors
Other assistants: wherever you added the MCP server
You can also disable MCP for your whole workspace from Settings → MCP in Minari (admin only).
Troubleshooting
"I don't see the option to connect." MCP isn't enabled for your workspace yet. Ask your admin to enable it in Settings → MCP.
"I can't add a custom connector in my assistant." Your plan may not support custom connectors, or on company plans (ChatGPT Business/Enterprise, Le Chat Team/Enterprise) your admin may need to allow them first.
"My assistant asks for an API key or client ID." Minari uses OAuth sign-in with automatic registration, so leave those fields empty and choose OAuth. If your assistant can't connect without a pre-registered client ID, it isn't supported yet.
"My assistant won't edit or delete a list." That list is probably synced from your CRM, which is read-only. Only lists created in Minari (CSV imports) can be modified.
