What you need to know

The Most Important Number and Drivers (MIND) Methodology™ is a simple, sustainable way to improve alignment, decision making, and accountability. There are four foundational components of the MIND Methodology, the Most Important Number, Drivers, Action items, and the KPI Scoreboard. MIND Meetings and the software platform are where these elements come together to deliver results.

Foundational Components

  • The Most Important Number is the north star that aligns the team and guides decision making

  • Drivers are the categories of work that concentrate team efforts on improving the Most Important Number

  • Action Items provide accountability to the end result

  • The KPI Scoreboard provides additional metrics to support critical decision making

  • MIND Meetings provide the structure for communication, collaboration, and accountability

  • Alignment among every team member on what is most important

  • Increased focus on doing the right work in the right order

  • Parameters for making data-driven decisions that improve the MIN
