Navigation Bar: Located at the top of the screen, the navigation bar is where you find tabs to access meetings, Action Items, Plans, and Drivers.
Meetings Drawer: This is where you access all of your meetings. The drawer is personalized to the individual, meaning you only see meetings in which you participate.
Action Items Drawer: This is where you access all of your action items. The drawer is personalized to the individual meaning you only see action items assigned to you.
Plan: Plans house the Most Important Number (MIN), Drivers, and the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) scoreboard. There is always a top-level plan for the organization. There can also be sub-plans for each department and team.
The Most Important Number (MIN): The Most Important Number is the one Key Performance Indicator, above all others, that measures the success of that Plan. It aligns the team to a common outcome. The MIN is visible on the main Plans page.
Driver: Drivers are the categories of work that can be leveraged to improve the MIN. Drivers represent all the work your team can do and is where you make decisions on what work to do to improve the MIN.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Scoreboard: The KPI scoreboard is where you find all the KPIs for a plan.
Making it happen
Login to your ETW page
If you have not already, you will receive an auto-generated email from ETW (check your spam folder) with a link to create your password and access the platform
If you did not receive the email or need assistance, contact your ETW representative
Logging in requires:
The Company ID (autogenerated from the link in the welcome email)
Your username (first.last)
Your password
If you forgot your password select Forgot login information to reset it
Once logged in, there are four primary elements to the platform;
Plans and MINs
Drivers
Action Items
Meetings
all of which are accessed from the navigation bar at the top of the screen.

The ETW platform is optimized for the Google Chrome browser. Sometimes, when new features are released, it is helpful to clear the cache in Chrome to ensure all the new functionality works as intended.
