Having administrative permissions provides access to the Admin Panel where you can:

  • Mange users:

    • Add and remove users

    • Update user profiles

    • Create a reporting hierarchy

    • Assign roles

    • Assign permissions

  • Create roles including Outcome Based Responsibilities(OBRs)

  • Meeting templates

    • Update existing meeting templates including agenda topics and discussion point templates

    • Create new custom meeting templates

Administrative permissions also ensures you see and have editing rights to every plan. It does NOT, however, provide access to every meeting.

General Admin Settings

As a MIND Certified Facilitator, you have administrative permissions within the platform for all of your MIND Methodology clients. We have video tutorials detailing the essential administrative functions, but here is a general overview.

Access Admin Settings from the More tab in the main navigation bar.

New instances come standard with a Leadership MIND Meeting and a Top-Level Plan. You must access the Admin panel to add users and upload your logo (in Settings).
