If you can be physically present in one of these states during your two psychiatric visits with your clinician and provide a valid address in that state where the medicine can be shipped, then you can participate in treatment.

Once you receive the medication, it is a prescription in your name so you are more than welcome to travel with it and have your sessions in other states.
