Your medication is shipped directly from our partner-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies and delivered via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or GLS depending on the pharmacy.
Medication ships in a nondescript box or envelope for privacy.
Delivery Rules:
Due to the nature of the medication, an adult (18 of older) must sign for delivery. If you are not available, someone can sign on your behalf.
Some carriers allow digital signatures in advance through their websites.
Once shipped, Mindbloom and the pharmacy cannot change the delivery address.
You can work directly with the package carrier to hold or redirect the shipment.
Option 1 - Arrange for the package to be delivered to a pickup location in the same state, such as a FedEx or other authorized facility, or redirect it to an address where someone will be present
Option 2 - Ship to an authorized location such as FedEx centers, Walgreens, or retail pickup sites. This option provides flexibility if you won't be home during standard delivery hours.
Can medication be sent to a PO Box?
No. Because a signature and ID are required, medications cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
Can medication be sent internationally?
No, medication cannot be shipped internationally. We only ship within certain U.S. states listed here
What if I cannot receive shipments at my residence?
If your home address is not suitable for delivery, shipments can be delivered to any address in the state where you are receiving treatment.
Options include holding at carrier facility, shipping to a business / office, a local pharmacy, or another residence.
No matter the location, someone will need to sign for the medication upon delivery.
Missed delivery
If no one is home to sign, the package may be:
Held at a local carrier facility, or
Returned to the carrier for redelivery scheduling
You can contact the carrier directly or use their website/app to schedule a redelivery at a convenient time. Your tracking link (included in shipping notifications) will show available options and updates.
