Medication requires an adult signature upon delivery, but this can be a roommate, family member, front desk concierge or other trusted adult if you will not be available at the time of delivery.

The person who will sign must be 21 years of age and present government-issued photo identification. For more information about the restriction, please refer to the shipping provider’s website.

You can also opt for delivery to a UPS/FedEx facility instead, where you can pick-up your medication. This can be done by clicking “Redirect package” through the tracking page (example below).
