Readings may not be above 150/100 for blood pressure and not above 100 bpm for heart rate in order to proceed. You’ll check your blood pressure on video with your guide during your first session. We ask that you check it prior to each session and do not proceed then reach out to your guide who can schedule a check-in with you and your clinician if it’s over the limit.
