If my Peer Treatment Monitor (PTM) becomes concerned, what should they do?
Updated this week

Your PTM will be briefed before the session to prepare them.

If they have any questions during your session, they will have your guide's contact information so they can reach out directly.

If they are worried that you are experiencing a medical emergency or are actively suicidal or homicidal, they should immediately call 911.

If they are concerned about emotional distress or notice that you don’t seem like your usual self, they should reassure you that you are safe and help maintain a secure environment until the effects of the medication wear off.
