At 60 min after taking medicine, the mental/cognitive experience has ended, but there may still be some physical effects from the medicine, especially as you start to move around. It may be beneficial to remain laying down or seated for another 15-30 min to let these pass

By around 90 min after taking the medicine, many physical effects should be lessened and it should be easier to move around

Around 3 hours after taking the medicine, the effects should fully dissipate, but the loopy/groggy may linger until after a night of sleep.
