How do I change my pharmacy?

Updating my pharmacy to a new location or out of stock on medication

If your medication is out of stock or on back order, your current pharmacy can often transfer the prescription to another nearby location for you. This is typically the fastest way to get your medication without delay.

If you’d like us to update your preferred pharmacy in our system for future prescriptions, just email us at support@minddemand.com with the name, address, and phone number of the new pharmacy.

For controlled substances, please note that there are federal restrictions on how many times an electronic prescription can be transferred. If you’re changing pharmacies due to a controlled medication being out of stock, it’s important to confirm with the new pharmacy first that they have the medication available before requesting a switch.
