💳 Solving Payment Request if Meeting Deductible

Learn what to do if you're being asked to pay even though your insurance deductible is met.

Updated over 2 months ago

If you're finalizing documents and the system is still requiring payment, it may be due to your insurance provider's most recent records.

📋 Why This May Happen:

  • Our system reflects your most up-to-date benefits from your insurance.

  • If your deductible shows an outstanding balance, a co-pay may still be required.

  • Sometimes insurance records aren’t updated immediately—they may refresh at the beginning of a new month.

✅ What You Can Do:

  • Check your insurance portal (e.g., BCBS) for deductible updates.

  • If you believe your deductible has been met, share documentation with us:

    • Send us a message with a PDF attachment or screenshot from your insurance portal.

  • Once verified by our billing team, your records will be updated accordingly.
