After creating your account, we encourage you to complete the brief onboarding process. This helps personalize your daily content recommendations and the therapists suggested for you.

Assess your wellbeing

The first component of the onboarding process is assessing your wellbeing. There are a total of 11 questions. The first 6 questions are based on the WHO-5 Wellbeing Index, while the remaining 5 are based on the Workplace Outcome Suite (WOS-5). These questions have been scientifically validated to measure your wellbeing and productivity.

Set your goals

After assessing your wellbeing, you'll be able to set the goals that you want to work towards. Based on your results, the recommended goals have been indicated with a star icon. You can choose a maximum of 3 out of 8 different goals. The goals can be changed any time on the Mobile App.
