Uploading Media (Images, Videos, Audio, PDF)

Ways to upload media to your Mini Course.

You can upload media to your Mini Course directly from your device or embed them from other sources.

You can upload images directly from your device with PNG, JPG, JPEG, and GIF formats.

It is also possible to search and add images on Giphy and Unsplash. You can also add images from other platforms with an image URL.

You can also upload .MP4 videos directly from your device. Or, you can enter a Youtube link and add a video from Youtube.

To the body of a card

Uploading images

You can upload an image to your card’s body by clicking the image block drag & drop right-hand menu.

Uploading videos and audio files

You can not upload videos or audio directly from your device to the body of a card, but you can embed media from other sources like Youtube, Vimeo, Spotify, etc. Learn more.

Uploading PDFs

If you want to add a PDF file to your Mini Course, there are two ways to add.

1. Embedding PDF to a page directly as a content.

2. Adding a button which redirect your learners to PDF.

Embedding PDF

  1. Upload your PDF to Google Drive.

  2. Click Embed on the right section in course editing page.

  3. Select Google Services and Drag and drop to your page.

  4. Paste the link of PDF from your Google Drive.

⚠️ Don't forget to change access of file publicly available on Google Drive.

Adding a button to redirect to PDF

Click Actions on the right section in course editing page.

Select the button type as you wish, and Drag and drop to your page.

Click the button you've added, then select File from the Destination. Next, click the Upload File button and choose the PDF you want to add.

💡 You can also choose whether or not it will open in a new tab.

ℹ️ It is also possible to add anything with an iframe HTML code.
