Here are our top 5 tips for taking good photos:
Natural daylight usually works better than artificial lighting. If you’re shooting indoors, make sure the light is bright and white.
Keep your photos sharp and in focus - blurry images make it harder for buyers to see what they’re getting and for our AI to recognise.
Detail shots are super helpful, especially close-ups of the size label and care label, so all information can be captured accurately.
If the item has any flaws, take separate photos of them or mention them in the description.
Try to photograph your item straight on (at a 180° angle) so the camera is level with the product.
And remember: the more high-quality photos you upload (at least two!), the more accurate our prediction - and the better your chances of making a sale.
