Before you start
Have the Minimist XL dashboard open
Make sure you have an active eBay account
Step 1: Open the Platforms Tab
In the Minimist XL dashboard, look at the left-side navigation.
Click on Platforms.
Choose the platform you want to connect (eBay).
Step 2: Connect Your Account
Select Connect My Account
You’ll be redirected to the platform (eBay) to log in.
After login, return to the Minimist XL dashboard - it will automatically detect and link your account.
Step 3: Set Up Your Seller Details
To start selling on eBay, you’ll need to provide:
Your physical selling address
The currency you want to receive payments in
Your shipping and returns policy
You have two ways to do this:
Automatic sync with eBay – Complete these steps directly on eBay. Your information will sync automatically into the Minimist XL dashboard.
Manual entry in Minimist XL – Use the form just below the integration step to enter your default shipping and returns preferences.
Example: set how many days returns can be processed, any return fees, and your default shipping options.
Step 4: Confirmation
Once your details are saved, you’ll see inside the eBay tab of your Platforms space in Minimist XL that your account has been connected.
You’re now ready to create and cross-list items from Minimist XL.
