How do buyers contact me? How does fulfillment work?

Step by Step Guide

Log in to vendor.mnm.st with your credentials provided. If you don’t have those credentials or encounter difficulties, contact your salesperson or send an email to help@mnm.st.

Click into “Orders”, then you’ll see the order like below:

To capture payment if it hasn’t already been paid online, click the three dots next to the payment ID and click “Capture Payment”.

To refund once captured, click the same three dots and then “Refund”.

Fulfillment

To fulfill an item, which means to mark it as being shipped or collected by the customer, click the three dots next to the “Unfulfilled Items” and click “Fulfill order”. You’ll see this screen:

Make sure you select the right location to fulfill from! Otherwise you’ll get an error. Then you can click “Create Fulfillment” to mark the order as fulfilled.
