Why can’t I login?

There can be several reasons, so try the following steps:

  • If you forgot your password, use the reset option - you’ll receive an email with instructions.

  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection.

  • Verify that you’re using the latest version of the app (check the App Store or Google Play Store).
