Why is it not loading?

There can be several reasons why the Minimist app isn’t loading. Try the following steps:

  1. Check your internet speed.

    Make sure your phone is connected to stable Wi-Fi or mobile data. Minimist requires at least 30 Mbps upload to run smoothly. You can test your speed online - if it’s lower, move to a spot with a stronger connection.

  2. Check you’re using the latest app version.

    Open the App Store or Google Play Store and make sure the Minimist app is fully up to date.

  3. Restart the app.

    Fully close the app and reopen it. This resolves many loading and performance issues.
