To scan smoothly, you’ll need a decent smartphone. As a rule of thumb:
iPhones should not be older than an iPhone X
Android phones should have at least a 16 MP camera and 2 GB RAM
For the best experience, we recommend using the newest iPhone or Android device
For your workspace, set up:
A 2 × 2 metre table for flat-lay items that need measuring
A clothing rack, hooks, or a few nails on the wall for items that don’t need to be laid flat
Neutral lighting - not too bright, not too dark - for clear photos
To help your items look their best, we also recommend keeping a steamer and a lint roller in your re-commerce toolbox.
