You can drop a candidate either from the job page or the candidate’s individual page. You may locate the drop action by following any of the next steps.

Through job

Go to the job where the candidate is registered, once in the “candidates” tab look for the candidate’s card, click on the 3 dots next to the eye symbol, then select the option “drop”.

Through the candidate’s individual page

Once on the candidate’s page, locate the “jobs” tab and click on it.

Next to the job name you’ll find a 3-dots button, click on it and select the “drop” option.

Whether you go the 1st way or the 2nd one, once you click on the drop button you’ll see this drop box. Select the drop reason option, and you can also leave a note in case you need to complement the reason with additional information. Make sure to click the “drop” button.

The candidate has been dropped from the job, and he’ll be counted as dropped in the reports section and in the job’s dropped candidates area.

To remove a candidate from a job, you may follow the same steps from dropping a candidate. Follow either “1st way: Through job.” OR 2nd Way: Through the candidate’s individual page. The difference is that instead of pressing the drop button, you’ll select the remove one.

Make sure to click the “yes” option if you’d like to continue with the candidate removal.

The candidate has been removed from the job, and he won’t be counted as candidate dropped.
