Updated over a week ago

Once you enter the platform, this will be the window you will see.

On the left side of the screen, you have access to Home, to the clients you were added as a guest, the jobs associated with those clients, and to the settings tab.

In the central part of the screen, you will see assigned activities, jobs, clients graphics, and performance.

At the top, you will see the button to hide the menu, the search bar, a drop-down menu to select language, and drop-down menu to change the platform theme, and the button to access your information.

Clients

From the Clients tab, you will be able to view all the clients to which you are added as a guest. You can search for a specific client by using the search bar or by filtering by columns.

You can access your customers' information by clicking on their name or by clicking the eye-shaped button, either of the two options will show you this information.

Remember that you have a guest profile you can view the information and export it to Excel, but you cannot modify any data on the platform. From the main client's screen, you can move your stage client by clicking the "Board" button.

You will access this window where you just must hold your client, drag, and drop it at the stage that fits most.

If you want to be able to make modifications to customers contact your administrator so that you are assigned a profile with more permissions.

Jobs.

After clicking, this is the screen that will be displayed. Here you can see your candidates, through which platform they were and at what stage of the process they are, the number of candidates in Pipeline, Dropped, and Hired, as well as see all the information about the work. Click the arrows to move to the right or left of the screen. Remember that due to your guest profile, you will not be able to make any changes.

Configuration.

You can enter the settings by clicking on "Settings" on the left side of the screen and then clicking on the "Manage your profile" button or by clicking its name at the top right of the screen and then clicking on "Profile."

From this window, you can add and edit your data.
