From any screen you can access your information in the top right corner. Then, click on your name and select "Change Password" to set a new password.

In the pop-up type your old password, type your new password twice, and then click on the "Change Password" button to finish.

Here you can follow the step-by-step to unlock your password. The login screen will display this message when your password is locked.

To unlock your password, click on "Forgot your password?". Then type the email associated with your account and click "Reset" to receive information on how to update your password.

In your email, you will receive this message to continue with the change of your password.

You must click on the hyperlink "here".

This hyperlink will redirect you to this window, from which you can enter your new password.

Remember that your password must have at least 8 characters and a maximum of 16, a capital letter, a lowercase letter, a special character, and a number. If you meet the requirements, click on "Reset Password". This message will be displayed, confirming that the change was made successfully.
