How to change billing information

Discover the steps to change billing information, ensuring your account details are accurate and up-to-date for smooth transactions.

Note: This action can only be done by the account’s administrator. Go to the “Administrator” window, then select the option “Manage organization”.

Go to card details area and select the option “+ Add new card”

Here you’ll be asked to put your card information in. Make sure to click on “Save” once you’ve filled out the form.

Finally, next to the new card information you’ll find a button to make the card as primary. By clicking on it, the action will be completed, and your card information will be updated.
