The following information applies to Access Analytics which connects to Mintsoft with the use of an Access Evo account. For your member to view Access Analytics, you need to give the member permissions for Access Data Engine:

Analytics in Mintsoft is only available to Warehouse Users, Client Users cannot access this feature.

  1. Within Access Evo, click the Members menu.

  2. To find a member, in the Search field, type the person's name.

  3. Click the three-dot menu at the top right of the member's name card.

  4. For each product, in the Manage Roles list, select the relevant role.

  5. Click Save.

The roles available for Access Analytics are:

Note: Only Warehouse Users can access these roles. Client Users do not have permissions for Analytics functionalities.

  • No Access: Access Analytics doesn't appear in the nine-dot menu and no analytics apps are available.

  • User: Can view and interact with the insights and dashboards you've assigned them.

  • Designer: Can create their own analytics insights and dashboards. They can share this content with their colleagues.

  • Administrator: Can edit all content within the organisation, create their own content, and share any content with users within the organisation.

Why can't I access Analytics as a Client User?

Only Warehouse Users have permissions to use Analytics. This restriction ensures that sensitive or operational data is accessed only by authorized personnel.

I've assigned a user an Analytics role, but they still can't see the module. What should I check?

Double-check that the user’s role in Access Evo explicitly includes permissions for Analytics. Confirm that it is not set to β€œNo Access.”
