The Shopify connector is split into two pages, General and Advanced. In this article, we have created a list of each function and its use.

General Tab

The general tab contains common functions used by most customers, below is a list of these and a description.

Field

Description

Client

(3PL Only) Who the client is for this integration.

Warehouse

The warehouse for this integration.

Channel

The channel to import orders through to.

Despatch Update Frequency (Minutes)

When dispatch updates are synced from Mintsoft back to Shopify.

Order Import Sync Frequency (Minutes)

This sets how often Mintsoft checks Shopify for new orders to import.

Order Import Delay (Minutes)

This sets a delay between when an order is placed on Shopify and when Mintsoft attempts to import it. This can be useful if you have other processes or apps running in Shopify (For example Recharge) that need time to update the order before it's imported.

The delay works alongside the import sync frequency.

For example, setting a delay of 10 means an order must remain active on Shopify for 10 minutes before Mintsoft considers it for import.

Order Prefix

This is the prefix the system adds at the start of order numbers.

Active

Keep this off until you authorise and set a location against the connection.

Stock Sync Frequency (Minutes)

This is how frequently you would like the stock to synchronise.

Stock Sync

Turn this on to synchronise stock.

Build Order Value from Line Items Where Location Filtering Applied or Dropship Item Found?

The order value will be calculated by the line item prices on the order.

Use Shopify Plus rate limits

Customers using Shopify Plus can utilise increased rate limits for faster-moving stores. Further information on rate limits can be found here.

If enabled, it will transfer the Total Outstanding Value of the order from Shopify to the Extra Info tab within the Order on Mintsoft.
