The following error message (An Error Occurred when attempting to When Creating DeutschePost Shipment! API Error:{"messages":["items[0]: size must be between 1 and 30"]} Error:The remote server returned an error: (422) Unprocessable Entity.) when shipping with Deutsche Post is caused by the Town field missing in the order details, please follow the below to check this:

Click Orders then Overview.
Find the order, then click Actions next, Details.
Enter the information into the Town field.

Note: You can copy the county and paste this into the Town field.

Deutsche Post - Please provide only 6, 8 or 10 digits, with max. one leading zero
