Warehouse User - Unable to apply user type template

Errors regarding user templates' missing roles (An Error Occurred when attempting to: ApplyUserTemplate Error:The role was not found) are caused by permissions being removed or renamed in Mintsoft. For example, Mintsoft is looking for Role A but this has since been renamed to Role B or removed entirely. To resolve this error and apply the user template, please do the following:

  1. Click Settings then Warehouse User Accounts.

  2. Click User Types.

  3. Select the User Type you want to apply then click Edit User Type.

    • (Optional) Make any changes needed.

  4. Click Update.
