The following information applies to the Delta integration with Mintsoft.

Delta Integration Features

The Delta integration on Mintsoft supports the following features:

  • Order Export

  • ASN Export

  • Despatch Updates (Imported from Delta)

  • Stock Sync

Prerequisite - Installing Delta

Before you can add your Delta account on Mintsoft, you first must have Delta installed on your PC by a Delta consultant. To learn more about this, please speak to your Account Manager about getting Delta added to your business.

Adding a Delta account

Once Delta has been installed, the next step is to add/ configure your Delta set-up on Mintsoft. To do this, please follow the steps below:

  1. Within Mintsoft click Connect then Warehouse Integrations.

  2. Next, click Access Delta then Add Account.

  3. (3PL Only) Set the Client or leave as ALL.

  4. Select the Warehouse.

  5. Then configure the connection with the following options -

    • Export Orders: This will export orders from Mintsoft to Delta that are in a Printed status.

    • Export ASNs: This will export ASNs to Delta for completion.

    • Import Despatch Updates: This will import despatch updates into Mintsoft for orders exported to Delta.

    • Import Stock Levels: This will sync stock levels between Delta and Mintsoft

    • Active: Turn this ON when ready.

    • Link Products To Client On Export: This will link the products to clients in Delta when syncing/ exporting.

  6. Then, set the date as today for Last Stock Sync, Last Product Sync, Last ASN Sync.

  7. Enter the Connector Version.

  8. Finally, click Add.

Delta stock sync issues

Delta requests Mintsoft's current stock level for the products. Delta then determines how much stock to deduct for example:

  • SKU A

    • Mintsoft Stock: 10

    • Delta Stock: 5

Delta will ask Mintsoft to deduct 5 units from their stock to match what is in Delta.

If there is a mismatch an error (Unable to Adjust StockLevel to Quantity (x) : An Error Occurred when Updating Inventory Message: [MS]There is not enough stock available to remove in this location. Please check that the stock is not allocated to orders & that the location ID is correct) might advise that Delta cannot update the figure. If this happens, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

  1. Click Connect then Import Errors.

  2. Check the Import Error to see which Product SKU is affected.

  3. Click Products then Overview.

  4. Search for the affected product.

  5. Click Actions then Manage Inventory.

  6. Click the Order Allocations tab.

  7. Unallocate the stock of that product from any order

  8. Go back to Connect then Import Errors.

  9. Tick the Import Error and click Resolve from the Bulk Actions drop-down.

  10. Click Connect then Warehousing Integrations.

  11. Next, Click Access Delta.

  12. Finally, click Full Stock Sync against the affected connection.
