Change Courier Service - Rule

To set up a rule to change the courier service based on the BF1 postcode you will need to create an Order Rule.

Example Rule

  • Action: Change Courier Service.

  • Condition: Postcode.

  • Operator: Starts With.

  • Value: BF1.

Shipping with Royal Mail to a British Forces Post Code

To ship with Royal Mail to a BFPO (British Forces Post Code) please make sure the following is in place:

  • The Destination Country code should be GB.

  • The Destination Post-Code should be the BFPO Post-Code.

  • The Destination City should be the BFPO followed by unit number.

  • The Services need to be a RM domestic service as RM's BFPO services are now obsolete.
