Access Mintsoft app - Carton / Pallet Picking

Prerequisite - Assigning a Pick Type

To pick Carton or Pallet orders from the Access Mintsoft app, the correct Pick Type must be assigned to the Batch. Within the Manage Batch Screen, click the Mobile tab and choose Carton / Pallet Pick as the Picking Type.



Pallet Picking

Once the correct Picking Type has been assigned to the Batch, please follow the steps below to pick the Pallet order on the Access Mintsoft app:

  1. Within the Access Mintsoft app select Carton/Pallet Picking.

  2. Scan or select the Batch.

  3. Next, select Start Pick.

  4. Select the Packing Type.

  5. Scan the Pallet Barcode or select Confirm Pick.

  6. Then, select Next.

  7. Then select the next action for the batch:

    1. Dispatch Orders: This will mark the order as dispatched but will not automatically generate the shipping label.

    2. Put Away Orders: Selecting this will require you to select or scan a Put Away location.

    3. Print Labels -

      • Print Carton/Pallet Code Label(s): This will print labels for the Cartons/ Pallets.

      • Print GS1 Label: This will print the GS1 label for the Cartons/ Pallets.

      • Print Shipping Label: This will generate and print the shipping labels for the orders.

  8. Once an action has been selected, the pick will be complete.


Carton Picking

Once the correct Picking Type has been assigned to the Batch, please follow the steps below to pick the Carton order on the Access Mintsoft app:

  1. Within the Access Mintsoft app select Carton/Pallet Picking.

  2. Scan or select the Batch.

  3. Next, select Start Pick.

  4. Select the Packing Type.

  5. Scan the Carton Barcode or select Confirm Pick.

  6. Then, select Next.

  7. Then select the next action for the batch:

    1. Dispatch Orders: This will mark the order as dispatched but will not automatically generate the shipping label.

    2. Put Away Orders: Selecting this will require you to select or scan a Put Away location.

    3. Print Labels -

      • Print Carton/Pallet Code Label(s): This will print labels for the Cartons/ Pallets.

      • Print GS1 Label: This will print the GS1 label for the Cartons/ Pallets.

      • Print Shipping Label: This will generate and print the shipping labels for the orders.

  8. Once an action has been selected, the pick will be complete.
