Please be advised the following steps need to be carried out prior to generating the shipment for the order. If you or your courier requires a shipment XML for an order, please do the following:
Click Settings then Customer Account Settings.
Turn ON Log Courier Shipments for Debugging.
Click Save.
Go to Orders then Overview.
Find the order.
Click Actions then Pick Order.
Next, click Create Shipment.
The Shipment XMLs are stored on the system for 24 Hours and then deleted.
Then, raise a new case online marked as High Priority, please include the Courier Name shown above the label details and reference the title of this article.

Once the support team have provided you with the XML file, please turn OFF Log Courier Shipments for Debugging.
