Overview
The Courier Print Tool is a Windows desktop application that automates the printing of shipping labels and documents for your warehouse operations.
Uses
Receives and processes print jobs automatically.
Prints courier shipping labels in multiple sizes (4x4 and 4x8 labels).
Prints despatch notes and order documents on A4 paper.
Manages a centralized print queue with activity logging.

Prerequisites
Getting your account ready to log into the Courier Print Tool
To log into the Courier Print Tool, you will need to know the following:
Enable the Print Using Print Tool user setting.
In Mintsoft click Settings then User Settings.
Set Print Using Print Tool to ON.
Click Save.
Note: You must always to be logged in to Mintsoft and the Print Tool with the same account. Ensure that each user account is used consistently on a single device to avoid login conflicts. Sharing accounts across multiple computers may lead to errors or unexpected behaviour.
Computer Time Zone
Currently, Mintsoft only supports the London GMT Timezone when using the print tool on a computer. This will change in the future but for now, only the London GMT Timezone is supported.
Download the Print Tool
To download and install the Courier Print Tool, click Settings and then Download Beta Print Tool. From here, simply open the program and click install.
Logging into the Print Tool
To log into the Courier Print Tool, please follow the steps below:
You can log into the Print Tool with one of the following methods -
Sign in with Access (Default).
This will allow you to enter your Evo credentials to log in.
Use Mintsoft Login.
Username: Enter your Mintsoft Username.
Password: Enter your Mintsoft Password.
Setting up the Print Toolβββββ
To set up the Print Tool and configure your printers, please follow the steps below:
Once logged in, within the Print Tool click Settings then choose your default Printers for different size documents.
4 x 6 labels will be sent to the 4 x 8 printer.
We also recommend you assign a printer to each print size even if the size won't be used.
Click Save Settings.
Close and reopen the print tool to apply changes.
Note: You may need to whitelist our IP Addresses for the print tool to work, to learn more please review our IP Addresses help guide specially 57.153.239.60. Additionally, ensure that firewalls or antivirus software are not blocking these addresses and engage your IT team to verify proper network configurations.
