You can update inventory for multiple products simultaneously by uploading a CSV file. This method allows you to add or remove stock without creating Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs). Before you upload inventory, ensure that products already exist in the Mintsoft system. This requirement ensures the uploaded stock can be properly allocated. Create or import products beforehand if necessary.
Note: When removing stock, ensure the final quantity won't drop below zero. For example, if you have 10 units and want to reduce to zero, remove exactly 10 units. Removing more will create negative stock levels.
