It is possible to set the system up to email you one of the Mintsoft standard reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Click Add New Report.
(3PL Only) Select the Client.
Select the Warehouse and Channel.
Set the Report Frequency.
This can be Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
If the Report Frequency is set to Weekly you can set the day of the week to be sent.
If the Report Frequency is set to Monthly you can set the day of the month to be sent.
Set the Time for it to be sent.
24-Hour format.
Select the Report Type to be sent.
Custom Reports are also included in this list.
Set the Users wishing to receive this report.
(Recommended) Enable Attach CSV.
This will attach the report as a CSV file rather than displaying it inline within the email.
When scheduling the Back Order report, disable Attach CSV as this stops the report from being sent. Back Order report uses nested tables which is not supported on CSV files.
Finally, click Save.
Example
End of Month Reports
If you wish to schedule the report for the end of the month, put 31 as the Day of Month, this will still send even if the month only contains 28 days.

FAQ
Unable to add Scheduled Report! Please try again!
This error may be caused by the format of the Time entered. For example, if you want the report sent out at half past four in the afternoon then you would need to enter 16:30 (hours and minutes separated by a colon). Please check this and try again.
