You can set up the 3PL Client User to receive system alerts. The client user can also set this up themselves by logging and viewing their settings.

To set this up on a 3PL Client User's behalf, please follow the steps below:
Click Clients then Overview.
Search for the client then click Actions.
Select Change Notification Settings.
Select the relevant notification type.
Select the user from the list to add to the alert.
Click Save.
