3PL Client - Set up notifications

You can set up the 3PL Client User to receive system alerts. The client user can also set this up themselves by logging and viewing their settings.

To set this up on a 3PL Client User's behalf, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click Clients then Overview.

  2. Search for the client then click Actions.

  3. Select Change Notification Settings.

  4. Select the relevant notification type.

  5. Select the user from the list to add to the alert.

  6. Click Save.

Below is a breakdown of the type of alerts you get for each group:

Alerts

New Order notifications

  • New Order notifications.

  • Order Released notifications.

Order notifications

  • Collection Raised notifications.

  • New Collection Comment notifications.

  • Order alerts include backorder alerts.

Despatch Order notifications

  • Despatched Order notifications.

Order Query notifications

  • New Order Query notifications.

Stock notifications

  • Automatic Stock Allocation notifications.

  • Stock Change notifications.

  • Zero Stock notifications.

  • Barcode Updated notifications.

  • New Kit Build notifications.

ASN notifications

  • ASN Booked in notifications.

  • ASN Confirmed notifications.

Connect notifications

  • Linnworks Order Request Log.

  • Send Dropship Email.

  • Order Error Alert Email.

  • Magento API Request Log.

Dropship Order Notifications

  • New Dropship Order notification.

Account Notifications

  • New invoice email notifications.

Returns notifications

  • External Return Received.

  • External Return Update.

  • Confirm Return Summary.
