This help guide covers common error messages encountered when orders fail to import from the integration into Mintsoft, along with the reasons behind them.
Unable To Find Product
If some orders are not importing into Mintsoft from your integration channel and you see the error UnableToFindProduct in your Import Errors (Also known as Connect Errors) screen, this indicates that Mintsoft cannot locate the product associated with the order. To resolve this, please ensure the product exists in Mintsoft and that the SKU matches exactly, with no spelling errors or unnecessary spaces. When finalizing orders, double-check that all SKU details on your sales channel match Mintsoft.
Note: Many integration channels are case-sensitive, so double-check for any discrepancies in letter casing. Please also check for any leading or trailing spaces.
Once these checks are complete, tick the error(s) and mark them as Resolved. The order should then import on the next run.
Troubleshooting Amazon Order Imports
If Amazon orders are not importing into Mintsoft, the issue is often related to product or SKU mismatches. Follow these steps to resolve the problem:
Verify Product Existence in Mintsoft: Ensure that all products listed on Amazon also exist in Mintsoft.
Check SKU Mappings: Confirm that the SKUs in Mintsoft match those in Amazon Vendor Direct. Mismatched SKUs will prevent orders from importing. By ensuring proper product and SKU mappings, you can resolve most issues related to Amazon order imports.

Please change the country at source or setup a country mapping!
Error
Country: x was not found OrderNumber: x Please change the country at source or setup a country mapping!
If some orders are not importing into Mintsoft from your integration channel and you see the error, Please change the country at source or setup a country mapping! in your Import Errors (Also known as Connect Errors) screen, this indicates that Mintsoft is unable to match the country from an external source to its universal ISO country list. To resolve this and allow the order to import:
Click Settings then Country Mappings.
Enter the country value being sent from the external source in the Value box.
Select the correct country from Mintsoftâs stored list using the dropdown.
Click Create to save the mapping.
Click Connect then Import Errors.
Locate the relevant error(s) and tick the checkbox next to the entry.
From the Bulk Actions drop-down click Resolve then Go.
Once the mapping is created, future orders with the same country value will be processed without errors. If errors still arise after mapping, consider rechecking the order's modifications or API settings. Be mindful that Mintsoft does not automatically import changes made to orders after the first import attempt.
Could Not Import Order: Order doesn't have a billing or shipping address...!
If you are receiving the import error (Could Not Import Order: Order doesn't have a billing or shipping address...!) it is because Mintsoft doesn't import orders that don't contain a Shipping or Billing Address. The Shipping and Billing address needs to be added on the order channel before Mintsoft will import it. If the order is supposed to contain the Shipping or Billing address but doesn't, please contact the support team of the channel that the order was placed on.
â
If the order does contain a Shipping or Billing address but the error message still appears in Mintsoft, please speak with the Mintsoft support team or raise a support ticket.
