As well as manually scrapping and unquarantining stock you have the option to do this in bulk using spreadsheet (.CSV file). This is useful if you have a large amount of stock to scrap or unquarantine. This spreadsheet can only be used to scrap or unquarantine stock, you cannot bulk quarantine stock on Mintsoft. Stock you wish to be quarantined must be done manually.
The spreadsheet needs to be in the correct format and layout to upload. If you already have the spreadsheet populated, you can skip to Step 5.
To create and upload a Scrap / UnQuarantine In spreadsheet:
Click Products then Extras.
Next, click Bulk Scrap / UnQuarantine.
Click Download Template and an Excel .csv file will download.
Populate the template, the Client, SKU, Warehouse, Location, Quantity, Action and Comment fields are mandatory.
For the Action, enter either Scrap or UnQuarantine.
To upload the spreadsheet, click Choose file, navigate to the saved file on your computer and click Upload.
If the template has been completed correctly, you should see success results.
