As well as manually scrapping, quarantining and unquarantining stock you have the option to do this in bulk using spreadsheet (.CSV file). This is useful if you have a large amount of stock to action. The spreadsheet needs to be in the correct format and layout to upload.
To action this, please follow the steps below:
Click Products then Extras.
Next, click Bulk Scrap Quarantine / UnQuarantine.
Click Download Template and an Excel .csv file will download.
Populate the template, the Client, SKU, Warehouse, Location, Quantity, Action and Comment fields are mandatory.
For the Action, enter either Scrap, Quarantine or UnQuarantine.
To upload the spreadsheet, click Choose file, navigate to the saved file on your computer and click Upload.
If the template has been completed correctly, you should see success results.
