Warehouse User - Delete a Warehouse/ Admin user

There may be times where a user needs to be added or removed from Mintsoft using Access Evo. To do this, please follow the relevant steps below.


Deactivate a user

To deactivate a warehouse user, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into Access Evo.

  2. Click the Members icon, then search for the relevant user.

  3. Click the three-dot menu, then click Deactivate.


Delete a pending user

To delete a warehouse user who hasn't accepted the invite yet, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into Access Evo.

  2. Click the Members icon, then click the filter icon.

  3. Select the Include Pending check box, then click the three-dot menu.

  4. Click Delete pending member.


Reactivate a user

To reactivate a warehouse user, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into Access Evo.

  2. Click the Members icon then click the filter icon.

  3. Select the Include deactivated check box, then click the three-dot menu.

  4. Click Activate, then click Yes.

  5. Ensure that you have granted the reactivated user the relevant permission, e.g. user or administrator.

Note: Reactivated users don't receive an email notification. You can resend the signup email as required.


How to delete a member from Evo

Deleting a user from Access Evo can only be completed via consultancy work, which is bespoke and chargeable. Please contact your Account Manager directly to discuss your options.
