Note: This help guide is only intended for 3PL Databases.
The Manage Client Access feature is located on the Warehouse User Accounts page, accessible by clicking Actions next to a specific Warehouse User. If you are unable to view the Manage Client Access feature and receive an error message, the issue is caused by hidden spaces or special characters in the name of the Client account. This can be rectified by following the steps below:
Click Clients, then Overview.
Find the recently created 3PL Client.
Click Actions, then Edit.
Check the fields ShortName, Name and BrandName - ensure there are no hidden spaces or special characters in these fields.
Press Save.
You should now be able to access the Manage Client Access feature.
