The following error (This delivery method is not eligible for this order.) from DPD can be caused by a few different reasons.
DPD via Amazon
If you are trying to generate a DPD shipping label through Amazon's buy shipping service, one of the reasons for the error can be due to not accepting the Terms and Conditions of DPD within Amazon and correctly onboarded it to your account. If you have a SFP account manager, ask them to link your DPD account to Amazon.
DPD Saturday service restrictions
If you are trying to generate a DPD Saturday shipping label, one of the reasons for the error can be due to the DPD service restrictions. DPD advise the following:
One parcel per order.
Max 5kg parcel weight.
Up to 0.52m (L), 0.16m (H), 0.4m (W) parcel size.
