Custom 3PL Invoice - Configuration and Setup

Note: Please be aware you would only be able to see the Custom Invoice option if you have purchased the Custom Documents Module.

Creating a Custom 3PL Invoice

If you would like a Custom 3PL Invoice Template to work from, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. The steps to create a Custom 3PL Invoice with a Merged Picking Table can be found below:

  1. Open Microsoft Word.

  2. Design the document to your specifications using the tags listed below.

  3. Images and logos can also be added to the Custom 3PL Invoice document.

  4. Save the document as .docx (Other formats like PDF are not supported).

Upload Invoice Template

Once you have created the Custom 3PL Invoice, you will need to upload it to Mintsoft:

  1. Navigate to Settings, Label/ Document Templates.

  2. Click Add New Label Template button in the top right corner.

  3. Click the Choose File button to upload your custom template.

  4. Set the properties.

  5. Choose InvoiceSummary as the Type.

  6. Click Add button to add the template.
