Other options
Breakdown VAT: eBay only supplies gross order values on the API. If you want OMS to back-calculate VAT charged to customers, select this box. If you have show pricing enabled on the despatch notes it displays a VAT breakdown.
Use USER ID as Company Name: We append the eBay USER ID in addition to the company name on the customer's address with this option ticked.
Import Listings/Sync Stock Overnight: Improves performance with a high number of listings and variations. This is recommended for high volumes of listings, over 5,000.
Note: With this option toggled on, stock levels in Mintsoft and eBay may not be accurate until the following day
eBay Listings
The stock sync feature on the eBay integration requires listing mappings to be set up. These link the SKU in Mintsoft to a Product (Listing) in eBay. Variants also require mapping to sync the stock between the systems. If Import Listings/Sync Stock Overnight is enabled, this will be done for you, you will need to ensure the mapping is Active and if its a variant, it's updated on the mapping as well.
