Prerequisite - Adding and authorising the Evri Business connection
You must log in as a Warehouse user through om.mintsoft.co.uk to add and authorise the Evri Business integration.
Adding an Evri Business Connection
The Evri business integration needs to be a credit account NOT pay as you go. If in doubt, please confirm with Evri the type of account you have. To add integration with Evri Business (Formally MyHermes) on Mintsoft follow the steps below:
Login through https://om.mintsoft.co.uk/.
If you use a custom portal with your URL, you must follow this authentication process using the URL above.
Click Connect then Courier Integrations.
Click Evri then Create New.
(3PL Only) Select the Client.
Select the Warehouse.
Set the Type as Business.
Ignore all the other fields as they are only required for corporate accounts.
Next, click Add.
Once you've created the account click the Authorize button.
You will be redirected to https://hermes-df-prod.eu.auth0.com/login?******* where you will need to log in with your Evri account details.
If the authorisation was successful, you will be redirected back to Minstoft and see the success message.
Once you've followed the steps above, you don't need to log in to Evri Business (My Hermes) again.
Cancelling Shipments
Evri does not have a feature to cancel shipments in Mintsoft via their API - you would need to log in to myHermes online and cancel there.
Child Client Mappings
If you are operating in a 3PL context and the client is using your Hermes shipping account, it's possible to brand shipments to front end customers so instead of coming through as the 3PL e.g. "Mintsoft Fulfillment have a parcel for you" it could be "My Brand have a parcel for you"
You need to advise Hermes of the clients you want to configure they will then supply you with the fields that we need.

To add client mappings for Evri Corporate on Mintsoft please do the following:
Click Connect then Courier Integration.
Click Evri then Manage Child Client Mappings against the connection you want to manage.
Set the Client (The 3PL Client in Mintsoft).
Set the specific Courier Service or select ALL.
Enter the ChildClient ID and ChildClient Name.
Click Create.
Repeat Steps 3-5 for additional clients.
If you make a mistake or need to remove a mapping, please click Delete.
