New order tags can be created in two separate ways, either from the Bulk Actions menu on the Orders Overview screen or by an Order Rule action. Order Tags can also be created on supported Order Integrations like Shopify, eBay, Magento, etc. and imported with the order. Order Tags can be used to filter orders containing specific products or types of products (Electronics, Clothing, Drinks, etc.).
(3PL Only) Adding and removing Order Tags can only be done by a Warehouse Admin, Client Users do not have the access to do this themselves.
Add Order Tag - Orders Overview
To create a new Order Tag and add it to multiple Orders within the Overview screen, please do the following:
Click Orders then Overview.
Tick the required Order(s).
Ticking multiple orders will let you tag them in bulk.
From the Bulk Actions dropdown, select Add Order Tag.
Next, click Go.
A pop-up will show and allow you to enter a new Order Tag.
Only one tag can be created at a time.
Orders can have multiple tags.
Finally, click Go.
Repeat the steps to create additional tags if required.
